Generations of Grace

Dance Workshop for Adult Mothers and Adult Daughters

 

Led by Embodiment Dance and Movement Specialist and Empowerment Coach Shakira Isabel, alongside licensed psychotherapist, RN and  wellness specialist Coach Tee of The Self-Carist, Generations of Grace is a sacred and transformative workshop designed to be a safe space for healing and connection between mothers and daughters.

 

Through embodied movement, shared breath, and mindful discussion, participants will be guided on a powerful journey where love, pain, and healing intertwine. This immersive experience invites attendees to release generational trauma, honor ancestral stories, and reclaim their bodies as vessels of grace and power.

 

Expect soulful music, embodied movement practices, and heartfelt conversations to create space for vulnerability, joy, and growth. The workshop will conclude with a restorative closing circle to reflect, connect, and integrate. No dance experience necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to move through life’s challenges together.
