Stop the Cycle: Preventing Crises and Complications in Sickle Cell Disease is jointly provided by Postgraduate Institute for Medicine and Pathways To Trust. This activity is intended for physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants engaged in the care of patients with Sickle Cell Disease.

Order appropriate diagnostics to identify a rare disorder, or appropriately refer patients to providers with expertise in rare disorders
